RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-DAY RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at JA.VA.NAH, which is why we offer a 30-day return & exchange policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact us when you decide to return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  1. Items returned without authorization will NOT be accepted.
  2. The shipping time for return & exchange must NOT exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  4. For returns, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

When it comes to exchanges, customers will need to cover the exchange shipping fee (which will depend on the area of the address) under the following circumstances:

  1. Customer ordered the wrong size.
  2. Customer does not like the item in person.

How to Return

  1. Please contact Customer Service by emailing us at shopjavanah@gmail.com indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
  2. After receiving return instructions from us, securely package the item(s) with the original packaging.
  3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Refund is calculated according to the actual amount paid, in cases of discount code usage and sales.

Before Returns You Need to Know

  1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  2. Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
  3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests.
  4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Returns will be made at your own cost.

The original shipping fee is non-refundable. If you enjoyed a free shipping discount, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please Note:

  • If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact us to get authorization.
  • The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

To be eligible, please ensure that:

  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • The product is not used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list, which includes the product ID. A tracking number of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we receive your returning parcel.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

  • Once your order has been submitted, we will immediately begin production on the items. If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours after the order was placed, there will be no cancellation fee. If the cancellation is made more than 12 hours after the order was placed, there will be a 30% cancellation fee. If the package has already been sent, you will not be able to cancel the order.
